In hypnosis we access a natural brainwave state that we find ourselves in at least twice a day, when we wake up and when we sleep but you can also find yourself in this hypnotic state whilst meditating and gardening for example. It's those moments in your day that you find yourself drifting off into a daydream.
Let go of any expectations, information will come to you in so many ways; your senses, inner-knowing and feelings to build up the scene that you experience.
When you can let go of any expectations and just allow yourself to drift fully into the experience, you will be amazed at how easily the journey unfolds for you. If you could let go of the control and just let spirit guide you, you will be directed to where you need to be and you will experience what you need to experience. The more you can describe what you are seeing, the more will unfold for you. Let your mind quiet and trust what is coming in for you without judgement or expectation.
